Shipping Policy

At Stella Steel, we strive to ensure your selected pieces reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Timeline:
• Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
• Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 6 business days.
(Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays).

2. Shipping Fees:
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery:
• Customers are allowed to inspect the product (except for earrings) in the presence of the courier.
• If the order is refused after inspection, the customer is obligated to pay the full shipping fees (round trip) to the courier.

4. Order Tracking:
• Once your order is dispatched, the shipping company will contact you to coordinate delivery.
• ⁠Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid any delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Stella Steel, we are committed to providing a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return and Exchange terms carefully:

1. Returns Upon Inspection (At Delivery)
• Customers are entitled to inspect the product immediately upon the courier's arrival.
• Returns are accepted only during the inspection in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects (breakage, cuts, or incomplete plating).
• Discrepancy in the product's color compared to what was displayed.
• Essential Condition: The product must be in its original pouch and box, and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Stainless Steel Warranty Returns
• We guarantee the quality of our Stainless Steel products against discoloration.
• Stainless Steel items can be returned if they change color within the warranty period only, provided that the original Warranty Card is presented.

3. Special Policy for Earrings
• For hygiene reasons, trying on earrings during inspection is strictly prohibited.
• If the earring packaging is opened or if they are tried on during inspection, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees for Change of Mind
• If a customer decides to return or exchange the product during inspection (without any manufacturing defect or error on our part), the customer is obligated to pay the shipping fees for both ways (Round Trip) to the courier.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases
• Products that have been tampered with or damaged due to misuse (e.g., exposing Gold-Plated or Stainless Steel pieces to cleaning chemicals, perfumes, or chlorine).
• Products purchased during Final Sale or clearance periods.
